2. Services Provided
AirParkFly.com offers an online platform to search and to book prepaid parking reservations near major airports in the United States offered by different privately owned parking operators and facilities. Information such as different available parking options, rates, distances and other important information are available to the users. Availability is subject to change, and reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.
3. Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made through our website. We accept payments via American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Payment is processed immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made to AirParkFly.com, and not to the parking lot or garage facility, at least 24 hours before the reservation’s start date and time.
For cancellation requests, please email support@AirParkFly.com. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you within 2 business days.
Cancellation requests submitted after the scheduled service date and time start will not be honored. Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will not be refunded. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used.
All cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee.
If your parking stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. Please contact support@AirParkFly.com if you need to extend your initial reservation.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for complying with the rules and regulations of the parking facility. Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times
6. Modifications and Changes
To modify your reservation, please contact us at support@AirParkFly.com. AirParkFly.com reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any issues related to the parking facility, including but not limited to availability, security, or damages. Our liability is limited and not greater to the amount paid for the reservation.

9. Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Trademarks
All content on our website is protected by intellectual property laws. All AirParkFly.com graphics, logos, trademarks, software and any other content may not be used without prior written permission and consent of AirParkFly.com.
